The fan base is alienated for a number of reasons, including a poor ball park, being located in a severely depressed industrial city, an ownership group that wants nothing to do with the current city they’re in….. 95.7 the game? They’ve hired guys like Chris Townsend, Whitey Gleason, Drew Hoffer… all A’s guys. Even Brandon Tierney is coming around.
So lighten up.
