Oakland Athletics Link Dump: Dance-Offs, Profar and the Road to Redemption

Today is like Christmas, only better. Why you ask? Pitchers and catchers have reported, which means baseball is almost here! While watching players stretch isn’t terribly exciting for now, there will be live baseball being played in just a couple of weeks. We should start getting a better idea of what the Oakland Athletics will look once the games start, but for now, here is what has been happening around the AL West.
A few link dumps ago we mentioned that the Astros and Rangers pages were having a bit of a back-and-forth. Well, yesterday Climbing Tal’s Hill responded to the Nolan Writin’s claims of inadequacy.
The Astros also have a highly talented prospect, Brett Phillips who is a sleeper prospect according to scouts. Eric Huysman was able to interview this intriguing prospect, and Phillips has a lot of personality. Let’s just say he challenges George Springer to a dance-off.
