Join Us and Jeff Francoeur in Celebrating Bacon Friday! Presented by RF 149 and Bacon Tuesday

Friday, May 17, 2013 marks the third edition of the now annual Bacon Tuesday festivities. In case you haven’t figured it out already, this year’s edition is taking place on Friday night because this will mark the only visit to the O.co Coliseum by the Kansas City Royals, and their lovable right fielder Jeff Francoeur.

Personally, this will by my maiden venture into the realm of Bacon Friday, and I can’t imagine a more fun way to spend some time at the ballpark than this. Bacon themed treats of all shapes, sizes, and forms will be readily available throughout the entire bleacher section, it will be a feast no doubt. And without a doubt it will be a great time to be had by all, unless of course you’re a pig.The man they call “Frenchy” has become the favorite opposing right fielder for the fans, and he has reciprocated their love by sending pizzas their way. As the third event, dubbed “Bacon Friday: Presented by Bacon Tuesday” draws ever so close, who knows what the rocket armed Francoeur may have in store.
