He commits errors at a ridiculous rate, and his power has dropped off this year. Let's face it, Green is bound to be an average -- if not a liability -- defender at a premium defensive position, so he needs to hit in order to justify his prospect status and to keep him in the show once he gets here. He needs to be a .290/.350/.400(plus) guy and hit 20 home runs a year. With his porous defense being the case, he needs to absolutely rake, and has yet to show he can do that. That being said, regardless of how he is playing, I'd call him up in September and let him play everyday for a month and get a feel for what you've got.
